Legal Claims Manager

Our highly successful client is currently looking to recruit a Manager to head up their current claims team.

Your role will be to ensure your teams effective and efficient front line claims service is delivered. You will be responsible to manage claims, cost control and recovery to client targets and standards, and to drive success within your department.

In addition you will co ordinate workforce management activities, volumes and resource allocation to provide seamless service levels throughout your department.

To be considered for this management role, you will ideally possess experience in a senior claims role and have knowledge of managing and developing a team in a claims environment. A prerequisite for this position is a paralegal qualification.

* A positive and proactive attitude to problem solving
* Able to co ordinate a variety of actions concurrently

Job Type : Permanent

Location : Peterborough, Stamford, Bourne, Spalding

Salary : 20,000 - 25,000
