Transport Planning Administrator

We are recruiting for a Transport Planning Administrator for a company based on the outskirts of Grantham.

Duties include:

* assisting with planning of collections/deliveries for a large fleet of drivers by liaising with drivers/managers
* liaising with customers/drivers to arrange collections/deliveries
* receipt of orders and entering of jobs and rates onto system
* invoicing customers
* compiling customer summary reports
* raising PO numbers
* scanning, indexing and filing of documentation
* checking purchase invoices
* other administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, a strong attention to detail and a confident manor.
Previous experience within a similar logistics/transport role is essential.
